today was a day for those kids who were not quite ready to ditch mommy and daddy for a day of school. we all know that is not our child! 22 groups of parents and kids gathered in the parking lot for the first day of school. well, what i have dubbed the first (faux) day of school. it lasted an hour. oh well, next week will be another blog with the first (full) day of school.
